Requirements:

• Serve as first-line liaison to the Marketing Department
• Answer social media messages and comments by providing guidance or information
• Communicate routine and general information to Marketing department 
• Attend staff meetings and record meeting minutes 
• Receive, process, and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information and materials
• Maintain and update mailing lists, work within the team on marketing and social media strategies 
• Perform routine data entry duties
